Who is this session suitable for?

Our session is aimed at and inclusive of disabled and/or neurodivergent children and young people aged 4-18 years. You do not need an official diagnosis to attend. Our instructors are experienced and confident in working with individuals with a range of needs and goals and will adapt the session to ensure everyone can take part safely. Providing detailed information on your registration form will help them do this. This activity is suitable for both beginners and those who have climbed before. Individuals will need to be able to climb independently as unfortunately there is no adaptive equipment available to support wheelchair users and those who are unable to climb independently. We are striving to make our sessions fully inclusive and are working to improve the accessibility of our climbing offer. If you are looking for climbing centres that are accessible to those who are unable to climb independently, please contact Ignite Bristol at info@ignitebristol.co.uk. If you would like to get in touch to find out whether this session is suitable for you (your child/young person) and discuss how our team can best support you. Please contact us using the form below.
