We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to work a minimum of 35 – 40 hours per week working a shift pattern which covers days, weekends and evenings.
This is a varied and exciting role in one of the largest and most challenging indoor climbing centres in the South. You will ideally have experience of climbing wall management, marketing, EPOS and preferably possess a relevant climbing coaching certificate
As Team Leader you will oversee a group of climbing instructors and counter staff. You will deliver a comprehensive climbing programme and develop new innovative activities that will ensure the Centre is a premier climbing venue offering an exceptional climbing experience.
We are looking for someone with passion, drive and a commitment to deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
There are also a number of customer facing roles available to work a minimum of 35 – 40 hours per week working a shift pattern which covers days, weekends and evenings.
In this position you will assist with the opening and closing of the centre, as well as ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility. This will include keeping the centre clean and tidy, upholding all health and safety policies, working as a team, dealing with customers, general reception tasks and promoting a good atmosphere throughout the centre.
