Our Boot Camp sessions aim to improve overall strength and fitness. They comprise of circuits based cardio work, as well as body-weight workouts to improve overall strength. The program changes each week depending on which instructor leads the class; this ensures that your sessions are varied and work all aspects of your fitness.
Sessions are open to everyone. Anyone can complete all of the workouts during Boot Camp, but you only get out as much as you put in – time suffering means more time crushing!
In order to get your name on the leaderboards of Boot Camp you must attend an entire session!
Leaderboard attempts are only official if completed under the vigilant eye of the Boot Camp instructor, and you have completed the entire session.
Boot Camp runs on Every Monday 7-8PM and Friday 5-6PM. Just £2 on top of your regular entry price.
